Matt makes me swoon
Okay, so did any of you watch The Bachelor with me this season? Even though it's getting late and I really should be going to bed I had to type out my thoughts after just watching the Bachelor finale
tonight. Talk about ROMANTIC. Holy smokes, when he proposed I was balling my eyes out. The whole scene really made me feel like crap and realize how little romance I personally create within my marriage these days, that's for darn sure......I'll take the blame. Heck, I don't think we were that romantic even when we were dating and newly engaged.......some people just have "it" and some don't I guess. I suppose it's taught somewhat and also stems from what you witnessed and saw within your parents marriage and although both Steve and my parents remained married and together forever, I personally saw little romance but I guess I can't TOTALLY blame it all on my parents, right??! Ok, totally don't know how I got off on that tangent! Anyway......back to Matt. I'm SO not surprised he chose Shayne over Chelsea (sorry if you haven't seen it yet!) and am happy about his decision. I really want to believe that she isn't acting and that all of this is for real and crap, how lucky can one girl get?? 22 yrs. old, beautiful, suitcase after suitcase of rockin' shoes, lives in Malibu and now she has Matt? Color me pea green with envy! It's been truly fun watching this season and I'm really going to miss hearing Matt's velvety British accent each week and I really hope they do indeed stay together. Not sure if I'll watch The Bachelorette or not? We'll have to see about that one. Also watched the Survivor finale on sunday night, almost forgot about it actually, and enjoyed it as well. I FULLY expected Amanda to win but hats off to Parvati for pulling off the victory.
I survived my first session w/the personal trainer this morning but must admit that it was really only a 1/2 session since alot of time was spent talking about expectations and him assessing where I'm at physically (uhg, hated that part!). I still know I'll be sore in the morning though but as of right now, fully intend on heading back to the gym and as of yet have no plans to sew a little voodoo doll that looks like the trainer. 15 lbs is my goal. 15 measly lbs. I can do this, I can do this.......
I haven't watched The Bachelor since the first one, I think!! I get choked up when I watch them though! LOL
Good luck with the trainer!! I know you can do it! :)

Go Jana... Go Jana!! You can do it girl. You're right... 15 pounds is nothing. :) Just stay focused on what you want to achieve and you'll get there. I promise!
Hugs & Smiles,

I hated for The Bachelor to end. This was by far my favorite bachelor. He has a great smile and a wonderful sense of humor. I was kind of hoping he would pick the other one, because I bet she would be more stable given Shayne's background. She is very pretty and did seem like she was head over hills in love...and I agree. It was incredibly romantic. I wonder how you can find out how they're doing.
Way to go on the working out, too!
