Just checking in to say hello, share a pic of my boys and let you know I am indeed still alive & survived my first week of personal training although I'm in a *bit* of, um, discomfort shall we say. The day after my second session I could barely walk up & down the stairs and just felt really gross all day, probably because my body was in utter shock but I'm thinking it'll be downhill from there hopefully! He pushed me hard, REALLY hard, but I never backed down, never stopped and most importanly, did NOT throw up unlike some of his other clients. Of course I found this out after I'd hired him! No weight loss yet but I didn't really expect to while I'm adding on muscle here initially. Two more sessions next week and then I'll go to 3 per week. Heaven help me, it's going to be a loonngggg road.
Had two photo sessions this week which was exciting! I did a session for the outdoor lighting guy who hired me to take pics of the homes he's provided lighting for yesterday evening. The home was in a gorgeous neighborhood and thankfully I was blessed with a pretty evening sky. I'll probably post some pics on my flickr stream soon. The second session is a high school senior boy that I'm doing tomorrow, he's the son of a long-time friend of mine who does my hair & who's husband was in pilot-training w/Steve wayyyyyyy back in the day. She says he'll challenge me because he doesn't like to smile nor have his photo taken but I think I'm up for the challenge! Wish me luck. WOW the time does go too fast. Where did your babies go? I can't believe my girls are 3 and almost 6. At 40 it makes me feel quite old but seriously I love it. Brian sends his love to you and Steve.
